Hour#
Description:
Returns the hour part of a given date. Date must be in the Datetime format.
Function:
Hour(table = string, col = string, new_col = string)
Parameters:
Table: Table name on which to perform the function
Date Column: Column containing the date to extract the hour from
New Column Name: Name for the new column that will store the hour value
Example:
Hour(table = Budget, col = "Date", new_col = "Hour")
